To ensure that nothing stands in your way in the pursuit of personal change at BNP Paribas, you will find the following aids useful for your application process:

Which documents does BNP Paribas require for job applications?
- Covering letter – including possible start date and availability period, where relevant
- CV without any gaps
- Relevant certificates (job and internship references, apprenticeship certificates, school certificates, records of study and overview of current grades, where relevant)
What do I need to know before I apply for a traineeship at BNP Paribas?
As a rule, there are no fixed application deadlines for traineeship positions at BNP Paribas. We are looking for motivated trainees for both short- and long-term tasks throughout the year. The minimum duration for a traineeship is generally six months. In rare cases, it is also possible to have three-month traineeships. Student trainees should also be available for at least six months. You will generally find more detailed information in the specific job description.
Unfortunately it is not possible for us to offer traineeships to graduates or to pupils. We welcome those who would like to do a traineeship between completing their bachelor’s degree and starting their master’s degree (i.e. during their gap year). Here it is important to note that the trainee must be enrolled as a student throughout the time that they are doing their traineeship.
What do I need to know if I wish to apply for multiple positions?
It is generally possible to apply for multiple positions. However, this option should only be used within reason and for a specific purpose.
An acceptance or rejection only ever applies to the specific position being applied for; our decisions should never be seen as an evaluation of you as an individual. Needless to say, we welcome it if you would like to continue applying for suitable available positions at our company in future.
