- Processing of market claims and transformations and client instructions
- Initiating/Processing cash and securities Bookings on internal and external accounts

Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you
- Manage fund lifecycle activities, such as fund openings/closings, migrations, mergers/segmentations and in-kind transactions
- Support operational E2E migration approach by contributing contractual alignment, e.g. transfer agreements, negotiate operational aspects of Service Level Agreements and coordinating the same with relevant parties,
- execute portfolio-analysis of fund structures, identifying relevant product gaps/setups, the different included asset types and possibly needed market accounts to open
- Collaboration with other relevant departments (Client Service Management, Relationship Management, Business Implementation, Custody, Investment Compliance, Fund Accounting, etc.)
- In-depth expertise in international settlement, including detailed knowledge of market regulations for managing asset transfers and re-alignments with internal & external stakeholders
- Coordinate market account lifecycle processes for segregated markets within the Global Custody business for our service partners & clients
- Participate in system testing initiatives, including non-regression tests, ensure data accuracy, system readiness, detailed test documentation and validation signoffs within our application and IT infrastructure
- Engagement in internal and external audits
Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer
- Completed short-cycle tertiary education (ISCED 5) or higher, paired with relevant professional experience of >5 years
- Deep understanding of Fund Accounting and Settlement Operations, as well as knowledge of investment law framework conditions according to the KAGB
- Able to work independently and apply processes with minimal guidance
- Excellent team player, proactively sharing knowledge
- Clear and structured communication skills, both written and verbal

- Contract management
- Check and identifying of incoming mail and providing to the team members at their disposal
- Scanning, maintenance and filing of contracts and make them available to the division for further operational tasks
- Ensure that contracts are signed in good law and give them rotating
- Take care of proper monitoring of outstanding docs and follow ups, including sending out reminders in accordance with OpsRisk requirements

- Daily control and monitoring of client´s securities settlement transactions within our global custodian network

As a Senior Fund Accountant, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Controlling and booking of business transactions that are not centralized (e.g. securities, listed derivatives, spot and forward transactions, dividends, coupons, subscriptions and redemptions)
- Ensuring that all transactions are integrated within the Fund Accounting System via existing interfaces and identifying areas for process improvement
- Daily reconciliation of cash accounts and escalation of issues to senior management
- Reporting of debit balances or missing settlements and development of corrective action plans
- Ensuring the daily reconciliation of events between Fund Accounting System, Custody System and WM and resolving any discrepancies
- Daily net asset value (NAV) calculation, investigation and tracking of NAV issues and development of solutions to prevent future occurrences
- Development and implementation of process improvements and efficiencies within the Fund Accounting department, staying up to date on regulatory changes
- Collaborating with other departments (e.g. Investment Compliance, Performance Measurement, Custody/Settlement, Client Development teams, etc.)
Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer
- We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (e.g. Finance, Business Administration)
- 5+ years of professional experience in fund accounting or a related field, with at least 2 years in a senior role
- Advanced knowledge of fund accounting operational processes, procedures and services
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and resolve complex accounting issues
- Client focused and result-driven working style
- Full professional fluency in English and German

Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you
- Supporting the Managing Directors and Directors in the preparation and follow up of the commercial strategy, managing his/her own clients’ portfolio if applicable and contributes to the development of the client relationship and profitability via the coordination of Multinational Corporations (MNCs) in an increasing degree of autonomy
- Understanding the Group business nature and structure of all his/her clients while defining relationship strategy for existing and prospect clients and preparing/presenting Credit Proposals
- Structuring plain vanilla products, responsible for deal implementation & follow up of its life cycle with relevant stakeholders
- Ensuring the active monitoring and reporting of corporate risks on his/her portfolio with the Senior Credit Advisor support
- Preparing Credit Proposal and, when applicable, sanity check of Credit Proposal and monitoring of Credit Committees and Annual Reviews
- Ensuring consistent and comprehensive enforcement of BNP Paribas Compliance rules including KYC On-boarding or Recertification, for exercising constant vigilance over the business relationship
- Training and managing of connected EMEA Coverage Group Officer if applicable by using his/her own experience to coach his/her most junior colleague’s skills
Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer
- Studies of economics or comparable academic education, alternatively an apprenticeship plus further educational background in banking, advisory or financial departments of corporates
- Expertise in Investment & Wholesale Banking * Expertise in credit assessment (qualitative and quantitative)
- Good knowledge of the large and midcap Corporates universe in Germany
- Professional experience in an international set-up
- Ability to collaborate and willingness to work in a team
- Very good oral & written communication skills in German & English

- Generating tax documentation for clients
- Correctly delivering tax forms to the /Global Custody Hub
- Being point of contact for internal and external partner/ clients on tax related questions

Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer
- Bank education, bachelor’s or master’s degree or any equivalent education
- Good knowledge within the securities services business, especially in the area of Tax services for institutional clients and investors
- Knowledge of operational set-ups of BP2S clients
- Profound knowledge of BP2S and external systems
- Sound knowledge of PC Applications (standard software Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)

- Orchestrating and monitoring full onboarding process with focus on technical setups within Client Delivery and potential product extension of new and existing clients
- Monitoring the onboarding workflow between all internal and external stakeholders and acting in addition as local SPOC for Asset Managers in this context
