Disclosure of the market and information basis, Product partner
As part of the legal requirements (§ 60 VVG), there is an obligation to point to a limited market and information basis, provided that recommendations for the conclusion of an insurance are not based on a sufficient number of insurers and offers. Due to direct sales agreements, we as a representative (multiple agent) mediate products of the following insurers:• Cardif Allgemeine Versicherung, German branch of Cardif Assurances Risques Divers S. A., Paris• Cardif Lebensversicherung Zweigniederlassung für Deutschland der Cardif Assurance Vie S. A.,Paris
This could be a “insufficient number” under the statutory provisions. Therefore, we would like to point out that our insurance proposals are based on limited market knowledge.
